    Burnout is a consequence of the fast-paced, hectic pace of our lives. During the day, we have countless professional and personal obligations to fulfill. At night, we lie awake in bed, our thoughts already circling about the next day. In the morning, we're tired and unfit. The result: The negative cycle continues, dragging those affected into a downward spiral.

    Regenerate body, mind and soul

    In everyday life, we as human beings are not seen with all our potential.     Learning to let go

    In yoga, you learn to let go again. In child's pose, in Shavasana . But also in strenuous poses, which you assume with serenity and courage, turning them into a joyful experience. You learn to accept limits and carry this gift from yoga into your everyday life. Addressing burnout with yoga means giving yourself back a piece of yourself and taking yourself seriously. This is exactly what you need to master everyday life and, little by little, put a stop to burnout.
