How can I order from yogabox?
Add your desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can order with or without a customer account.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service immediately. You can use the contact form or write to info@yogabox.de . We will review any adjustments or cancellations as quickly as possible.
Do you offer payment by invoice for government agencies/public institutions?
Yes. Public authorities, schools, kindergartens, universities, and other public institutions can order on account. Please note: No discount is offered.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. To save resources, we will automatically send you the invoice as a PDF via email. Please also check your spam/junk folder.
Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: flat rate [€5.95]. EU shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: approx. 1–3 working days. EU: approx. 4–8 working days (depending on the destination country and shipping provider).
Are there any special considerations for bulky goods?
Yes. We typically hand over bulky goods to the transport company within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 working days, but in exceptional cases can take up to an additional 10 working days.
Do you ship internationally and is shipment tracking available?
Yes, we deliver within the EU and to Switzerland. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the return (cancellation) process work for private customers?
The cancellation period is 1 month. Please send the goods with sufficient postage to:

You can use a DHL return label, among other options. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. For advance payment/bank transfer, we require your bank details.
Returns for business customers (12% discount)?
For business orders, there is no right of withdrawal according to our terms and conditions. However, we will accept returns of unused/new items. Please send the items with sufficient postage to the address above. After receiving the goods, we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned items, which can be redeemed against your next order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong delivery?
Please contact us immediately via the contact form or by email at info@yogabox.de . You will receive a free return label. After receiving your return, we will send you the correct item.
Do you offer an exchange policy?
Please reorder the desired item and return the other one. This is the quickest way and you'll receive the correct version immediately.
Products & Materials
What does "second choice" mean?
Second-hand items are new and fully functional, but may have minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., printing/transport marks, slightly crooked edges, minimal unevenness). These are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
Organic spelt husks – what should I know?
Spelt husks are a natural product. Variations in shape, size, and color are normal and do not constitute a defect. They provide a stable, adaptable filling for meditation cushions and similar items.
My yoga mat is slippery at first – is that normal?
Yes. Due to the manufacturing process, new mats often have a thin, water-repellent protective layer that wears off with use. This improves the grip. Tip: Before first use, wipe the mat with a damp microfiber cloth (a little vinegar water). Note: Heavy perspiration (e.g., during power yoga) can reduce the grip.
My mat smells/stinks – what should I do?
An initial odor is normal for many products and dissipates with time and use. For example, PVC mats initially smell of plastic, while pure wool mats smell of wool. If necessary, clean the mat with a little vinegar water to speed up the process.
What is PVC?
PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride – a plastic that is used, among other things, in durable yoga mats.
What does OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 mean?
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a globally uniform, independent testing and certification system for textile products and accessories. Depending on the degree of skin contact, there are four product classes with strict limit values, some of which exceed legal requirements.
What does GOTS mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) defines internationally recognized requirements along the entire textile supply chain – from fiber to finished product. It encompasses ecological and social criteria as well as certifications by independent bodies.
Are our products sustainable and free of harmful substances?
We use materials such as organic cotton, cork, and natural rubber. Free from PVC, AZO dyes, and harmful plasticizers – ideal for yoga and meditation.
Where are our products manufactured?
Many items are manufactured in Germany and the EU, others in carefully selected partner factories. You can find details on the product pages.
How do I properly care for my yoga mat?
Use a mild mat cleaner or a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or wash the mat in a full cycle. Dry flat or rolled up away from direct sunlight or heat.
Customer account
Do I need a customer account?
No, guest checkout is possible. With a customer account, you also have access to your order overview, faster checkout, and wish lists.
Forgot your password – what to do?
Click on "Forgot your password?" in the login area and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a reset link. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam/advertising folder, check for typos in your email address, or confirm that you are already registered. Coupons & Discounts
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, digital vouchers are available in the shop and will be delivered by email after purchase.
How do I redeem a voucher/discount code?
Add your items to the shopping cart → "Show shopping cart" → Enter the code in the "Enter coupon code" field → Click "Redeem coupon". The amount will be automatically deducted.
Can discounts be combined?
The 12% yoga teacher/commercial discount cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions.
