Order & Payment
How can I order from yogabox?
Add your desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can order with or without a customer account.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna purchase by invoice, and prepayment. (Adjust the list as needed.)
Can I change or cancel my order later?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact customer service immediately. Use the contact form or write to info@yogabox.de . We'll review your request for an adjustment or cancellation as soon as possible.
Do you offer purchase on account for government agencies/public institutions?
Yes. Government agencies, schools, kindergartens, universities, and public institutions can order on account. Please note: No discounts are granted.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?
Yes. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. To conserve resources, we will automatically send you the invoice as a PDF via email. Please also check your spam/advertisement folder.
Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: flat rate [€X.90], free shipping for orders over [€XX.00]. EU shipping depends on the destination country at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: approx. 2–4 business days. EU: approx. 4–8 business days (depending on the destination country and shipping provider).
Are there any special requirements for bulky items?
Yes. We usually hand over bulky shipments to the shipping company within two business days. Delivery time is usually one to five business days, but in exceptional cases, it can take up to ten business days.
Do you ship internationally and do you offer tracking?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the return (cancellation) process work for private customers?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Send the goods with sufficient postage to: YOVANA GmbH, Auf dem Sand 27, 40721 Hilden. You can use a DHL return label, among other options. Refunds will always be made using the payment method used for the order. For advance payment/bank transfer, we require your bank details.
Returns for business customers (12% discount)?
According to our Terms and Conditions, there is no right of withdrawal for commercial orders. We will still accept returns of unused or like-new items. Please send them with sufficient postage to the address above. After receiving the goods, we will issue a voucher for the value of the goods to redeem against your next order.
What do I do if the wrong delivery is made?
Please contact us immediately using the contact form or by email to info@yogabox.de . You will receive a free return label. Once we receive your return, we will send you the correct item.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please reorder the desired item and return the other one. This is the fastest way, and you'll receive the correct version immediately.
Products & Materials
What does “second choice” mean?
Second-quality items are new and functionally perfect, but may have minor visual defects (e.g., print/transport marks, slightly crooked edges, minimal bumps). These are purely cosmetic and do not affect use.
Organic spelt husks – what should I know?
Spelt husks are a natural product. Variations in shape, size, and color are normal and do not constitute a defect. They provide a stable, adaptable filling for meditation cushions and other items.
My yoga mat is slippery at first – is that normal?
Yes. New mats often have a thin, water-repellent protective layer due to the manufacturing process, which dissolves with use. This improves grip. Tip: Before first use, wipe with a damp microfiber cloth (a little vinegar water). Note: Heavy perspiration (e.g., during power yoga) can reduce the slip resistance.
My mat smells/stinks – what should I do?
An initial odor is normal for many products and will dissipate with time and use. For example, PVC mats initially smell of plastic, while new wool mats smell of wool. If necessary, clean the mat with a little vinegar and water to speed up the process.
What is PVC?
PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride – a plastic that is used in durable yoga mats, among other things.
What does OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 mean?
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a globally uniform, independent testing and certification system for textile products and accessories. Depending on the degree of skin contact, four product classes apply, each with strict limit values that sometimes exceed legal requirements.
What does GOTS mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) defines globally recognized requirements along the entire textile supply chain – from fiber to finished product. It includes ecological and social criteria as well as certifications by independent bodies.
Are your products sustainable and free of harmful substances?
We use organic cotton, cork, and natural rubber, among other materials. Free from PVC, AZO dyes, and harmful plasticizers—ideal for yoga and meditation.
Where are your products manufactured?
Many items are manufactured in Germany/Europe, while others are manufactured in carefully selected partner factories. Details can be found on the product pages.
How do I properly care for my yoga mat?
Use a mild mat cleaner or a damp cloth. No harsh cleaners, no heavy-duty wash cycle. Dry flat or rolled up, away from direct sunlight or heat.
Customer account
Do I need a customer account?
No, guest orders are possible. With an account, you have order overviews, faster checkout, and wish lists (if enabled).
Forgotten password – what to do?
Click "Forgot password?" in the login window and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive an email, please check for spam/advertising, typos in the email address, or if you are already registered. If you have any problems, contact info@yogabox.de .
Vouchers & Discounts
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, digital vouchers are available in the shop and will be sent via email after purchase.
How do I redeem a voucher/discount code?
Add your items to your shopping cart → "View shopping cart" → enter the code in the "Enter coupon code" field → click "Redeem coupon." The amount will be deducted automatically.
Can discounts be combined?
The 12% yoga teacher/professional discount cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions.
