Who pays the return shipping?
We want to keep our prices fair and affordable—therefore we do not cover flat-rate return costs. You bear the cost of return shipping. Thanks for your understanding!

How do I prepare my parcel?

Include a short note with your order number, name, and your request (“Return” or “Exchange”).

Send the goods back in their original condition and well packed.

Important: You may examine the goods as you would in a store. Use beyond that may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Feel free to use the original packaging (if undamaged) and remove any old labels/barcodes.

Tip: A smaller, well-fitting box often reduces postage—mind size & weight.
How do I ship my return?
The easiest way is via DHL:

Buy DHL return label
You may use any other carrier as well. Please keep the tracking number.
When will I receive my refund?
We refund the purchase amount once your return has arrived and been inspected—always via the original payment method.

Invoice: We will notify the payment service provider of your return. Please pay any open amounts by the due date nonetheless.

Prepayment/bank transfer: Send us your IBAN/BIC by email or include it in the parcel so we can issue the refund.

Note: We refund the outbound shipping costs up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery. Extras (e.g., express, preferred delivery day) are not refunded.
Can I exchange directly?

Option A – Fast & easy (recommended): Place a new order for the item you want. We’ll refund your return upon receipt as usual.

Option B – Traditional exchange: Mark the parcel “Exchange.” We’ll check availability and contact you regarding any price differences.
